Terms of Service
1. General provisions
These Terms govern the use of reels.inventa.solutions and the services of Mykhailo Koblychenko s.p., Dimičeva ulica 9, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, registration: 7522967000, tax: SI40790215. By using the site you accept these Terms.
2. Services
The Provider is an AI Production Studio creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts). This website is purely a presentation platform — no purchases or payments are made on this site. Services, pricing and conditions are agreed individually under a separate contract.
3. Contract formation
Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding contract. A contractual relationship arises only after written agreement on specifications and price, and explicit consent from both parties.
4. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Under Art. 134 ZVPot-1, consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without reason. For services and digital content not on a tangible medium, the period runs from the day the contract is concluded (Art. 136 ZVPot-1). Send withdrawal notice to media4estate@gmail.com; refund within 14 days.
Exceptions to withdrawal (Art. 135 ZVPot-1):
- Art. 135(4) — services fully performed with the consumer's express prior consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal;
- Art. 135(13) — digital content not on a tangible medium, where supply began with express consent, the consumer acknowledged losing the right, and we provided confirmation on a durable medium (Art. 132);
- custom services (personalised video) made to consumer-specific instructions.
5. Intellectual property
All site content is owned by the Provider or used with permission. Assignment of copyright to clients for production services is governed by a separate agreement.
6. AI-generated content
- AI tools are customisable but may produce unexpected variations;
- for voice cloning or third-party likenesses the client obtains all necessary consents;
- the Provider is not liable for damage from unauthorised behaviour of third-party AI tools.
7. Liability
The site is provided "as is". The Provider does not warrant continuous availability and is not liable for indirect damages, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
8. Data protection
Processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, an integral part of these Terms.
9. Out-of-court dispute resolution (ZIsRPS)
Under ZIsRPS, the Provider does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute-resolution body as competent. The EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228); we therefore do not link to it.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of Slovenia; the courts in Ljubljana have jurisdiction.

The current version is always published on this page with the date of last update.
